Copas
Valle de Bravo, Mexico, 2024, 3:38 min
The film about Copas opens with a sequence focused on the textures of the iconic large rock, drawing the viewer in. Moments later, the camera unveils the patio where it stands, before moving outside to circle the surrounding gardens. This journey through the landscape eventually pauses, allowing for a serene moment to reflect on how naturally the project nestles into its surroundings. From the terrace, a series of scenes showcases how close nature feels from that vantage point, culminating in a shot that zooms in on the expansive view framed by the large window. In the final sequence, the camera glides through a continuous loop of open doors, revealing the interior spaces. It concludes with a focus on the rich array of textures that define the essence of the project.
